Hosting and server data
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH in Germany. Requests to the web server involve technical data such as the IP address, request time, requested resource, referrer, browser and operating system. This processing serves the secure and reliable operation of the website, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
STRATO states that visitor IP addresses are retained for up to seven days to detect and prevent attacks. The webserver logs made available to the website operator contain anonymised host or IP information. Further information: STRATO hosting and data processing.
Cookies and analytics
The website's own code does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not include analytics, advertising or visitor-profiling scripts. Fonts and the background video are served from this website.
Optional Vimeo videos and external links
Vimeo players are loaded only after you choose to load a video. Loading a player connects your browser to Vimeo, which receives technical connection data, including your IP address, and may process further data under its own privacy policy. The player request uses Vimeo's do-not-track parameter. This does not make the connection anonymous.
You can leave players unloaded and use the external video link instead. External services process data under their own policies when you visit them. Vimeo privacy policy.
Correspondence
If you contact us by email or telephone, the information you provide is processed to answer your enquiry or prepare and perform a contract, as applicable under Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Email is handled through the mail services of sender and recipient. Statutory retention requirements remain applicable.
